Bazile Sauce believes in protecting our environment. Our samples, plates, garbage bags and tasting spoons are both biodegradable and compostable. Our sample kit items are made from sugarcane, corn, PLA and eco-friendly wood.

Okhela Bazile fondly remembers summer picnics, family barbecues, travels to the local fish markets with her grandmother, and rib spots with friends. There was one thing that people could never agree on - the preferred flavor of sauce. Some were too bland. Others had too much vinegar. Others still... had too much sugar. Okhela was raised on a steady diet of well-seasoned fishes and meats in a traditional West Indian family. Helping her grandmother make spice mixtures and prepare the vegetables, she learned from the best.
A Minority Woman-owned business, the years of experience at the core of Bazile Sauce have culminated into a collection of sweet & savory sauces, filled with fruitful flavors... fit for a large variety of uses.

The Riva Precil Spotlight Event & Haitian Folk Dance Class!
Here's what you can expect on Saturday's event! The first hour is an exclusive interview with Riva hosted by Tadia Toussaint. The second-hour a Yanvalou Haitian Folk dance class taught by Riva. This style of dance is danced barefoot, be sure to wear something you're comfortable moving in! Don't forget to bring a photo ID to sign in.
